Requirements:

Supervises operations of a designated section of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM). Ensures that standards of quality and efficiency are maintained in accordance with policy and objectives. Liaises with Laboratory Administrator, DPLM.

  • Bachelor’s degree (USA) or Completion of Medical Technology program (Canada).
  • Current Technologist-level (e.g., MT) registration with ASCP or CSMLS.
  • Minimum 5 years recent experience in hematology and morphology,  including one year current in a supervisory role working in a large hospital/facility in North America.
  • Experience in Hematology and Morphology required.
