Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Plan, develops, implements and administers Nursing Division Quality Improvement programs. Coordinates unit based Quality Improvement programs. Applies Risk Management indicators to augment awareness and performance improvement within the Nursing Division. Investigates sentinel and other serious events, generating reports, and offering recommendations for process of systems change.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Current RN license from Canada or USA required.
- Must have a minimum of six (6) years recent nursing experience, including two (2) years current, full-time experience in a quality leadership/management position working in a large North American acute-care hospital.
