Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Plans, develops, implements and administering Nursing Division Quality Improvement programs. Coordinates unit based Quality Improvement programs.  Applies Risk Management indicators to augment awareness and performance improvement within the Nursing Division.  Investigates sentinel and other serious events, generating reports, and offering recommendations for process or system change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Must hold a current RN license from Canada or the USA.
  • Current Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or American Society of Quality (ASQ) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of six (6) years of acute-care hospital nursing experience including two (2) years current, full-time experience in quality management related role in a large North American acute-care hospital.
